Welcome to Tee2Green Golf Club, where the spirit of the game meets genuine camaraderie. Born in the mid-1990s from a group of friends at the Chester Washington Men's Club who simply wanted to play their way, we've grown into a vibrant community
that cherishes both spirited competition and unrestrained enjoyment.
Our roots are firmly planted in the shared love of the game and a desire for a more personal golf experience. Back then, a lively evening at Donald Beatty's dining room, fueled by good company and good spirits, saw the birth of "Tee2Green". Our original motto, "cussing, fussing, drinking, and gambling is allowed and encouraged," perfectly captured the relaxed and fun-loving atmosphere we've always strived to maintain.
At Tee2Green, we believe golf is best enjoyed when you can truly unwind and be yourself. Expect friendly wagers, engaging conversations, the freedom to enjoy your favorite beverages, and the pleasure of cigar smoking – all contributing to a lively social
environment both on and off the course. This commitment to a spirited atmosphere is a cornerstone of our club, fostering a place where laughter rings out and genuine friendships flourish.
Yet, our enthusiasm for fun never overshadows our deep respect for the game itself. We uphold the integrity of golf through strict adherence to USGA rules, ensuring fair play and a consistent challenge for golfers of all skill levels. This dedication to competitive
excellence culminates annually with the crowning of our Player of the Year, a tradition we proudly continue in honor of founding member and former president, Billy Bragg. From our early days with Tee2Green securing its PLGA affiliation and our first red vests
(complete with a charming "Glof Club"; misspelling!). Tee2Green has always been about fostering a unique golf community. We've evolved with written by-laws, thanks to consensus, and have expanded our membership to welcome all who share our passion
for golf.
